Welcome! The Leakey ISD Human Resources (HR) department is dedicated to providing the highest quality customer service possible, in a friendly, sensitive, and respectful environment.
Business Office Hours of Operation
Monday – Thursday
7:30am – 4:30pm
The HR department handles employee benefits & insurance, leave administration, compensation & payroll, workers-compensation, processing of job applicants including background checks and fingerprinting, workday calendars, employee records requests, grievances, teacher incentive allotment, ADA accommodations, professional development, unemployment compensation, and recruitment & retention of high-quality individuals.
