Texas English Language Learners Portal This website is sponsored by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and is part of a Limited English Proficient Student Success Initiative (LEP-SSI), Authorized by Senate Bill 1, General Appropriations Act, Article III, Rider 62, and Texas Education Code §21.457 and §39.0241(d). The purpose of the LEP-SSI grant is to provide intensive programs of instruction for limited English proficient (LEP) students and teacher training resources specific to instruction of LEP students. |
